Obvious Corner is a Dharmanagar-based enterprise providing classroom coaching, art and craft training, educational ERP software, custom website development, payment gateway consultation, and local digital services.
2. Technology Advisory Scope & Hosting Provisions
- Consultation Role: For domains, cloud hosting, and payment gateways, Obvious Corner operates as a technical advisory and onboarding facilitator. We assist clients in choosing the best third-party platforms for their budget. We do not directly operate as an ICANN domain registrar or merchant gateway issuer.
- Managed Shared Hosting Option: If explicitly requested by the client, Obvious Corner directly provides managed shared hosting solutions from our end.
3. Third-Party Services & Liability Disclaimer
Some digital tasks (such as flex printing or specific physical fulfillments) are facilitated through vetted local partners in Dharmanagar. For any services, platforms, or tools provided by third parties or external partners:
- Obvious Corner acts strictly as an intermediary and project coordinator.
- Obvious Corner assumes no direct legal liability, warranty, or guarantee for third-party software uptime, third-party network outages, or third-party physical printing delays beyond our direct control.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All course fees, ERP subscription fees, and digital service charges are stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
- Payments can be processed online via RBI-authorized payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) or via direct receipts at our Dharmanagar office.
- Fees must be cleared on or before the due date specified on the invoice.
5. Educational Services & Registration Fee Terms
- Course Registration Fee Refund Window: If a student or parent wishes to cancel an enrollment, a full refund of the course registration fee will be granted **ONLY IF** a written application is submitted within 72 hours of registration. After 72 hours, registration fees are 100% non-refundable.
- Monthly Tuition & Materials Fees: Monthly classroom coaching fees, art material fees, and study notes charges are strictly **non-refundable** under any circumstances once paid.
6. Digital Projects & Contract Agreement Terms
- 72-Hour Project Cancellation Window: Clients requesting project cancellation must submit a written request within 72 hours of booking/registration.
- Work Progression Refunds: After 72 hours, any eligible refund will be determined strictly based on work completed. Once a project or software setup is fully completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.
- Mandatory Agreement Term Fulfillment: If a customer enters into a specific service contract or agreement, the customer **must fulfill the agreed contract period** before being eligible to terminate or reject the service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website design layouts, custom code developed by Obvious Corner, branding assets, and educational course materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized duplication or commercial resale without written authorization from Obvious Corner is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Obvious Corner shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server hosting downtime, payment gateway processing errors, or internet connectivity interruptions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of services provided by Obvious Corner shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dharmanagar, North Tripura, India.
